Description:
The Government of Sierra Leone, in collaboration with its international development partners, intends to improve the country's healthcare infrastructure by constructing an Isolation Unit at the Ola During Children's Hospital in Freetown. The project aims to strengthen infection prevention and control (IPC) capacities and improve response to communicable diseases, especially among children. GIZ is seeking qualified firms to submit an Expression of Interest for providing General Planner services, including multidisciplinary planning, architectural and engineering design, and related consultancy services. The selected General Planner will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive design package and advisory services through all stages of the project, including site analysis, architectural and engineering designs, cost estimation, environmental and social due diligence, preparation of tender documents, and construction supervision.
