Tenders are invited for Supply of Provision and Toiletries Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Le500,000 (Five Hundred thousand Leones) to the Bank Account at the Bank of Sierra Leone Siaka Stevens Street Freetown, Sierra Leone Account Name: NPPA - Revenue from the sale of Bidding Documents Account No.: 0111003981 BBAN: 000001011100398165 All bids must be accompanied by: ❑ A valid Business registration certificate ❑ Bid Security of Le7,000,000 (Seven million Leones) for LOT I & LOT III respectively. Le9,500,000 (Nine million five hundred Leones) for Lot II from a reputable Commercial Bank; ❑ A valid NRA tax clearance certificate; ❑ A valid NASSIT clearance certificate; ❑ A signed Integrity Pact; [see attached] ❑ A completed Eligibility Form. Bids will be publicly opened on Monday, 25th October 2021 at 1:00pm, in the presence of the bidders- designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below.
