Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation/Construction of 35km of Rural Roads. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the above address and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NLe. 5,000 to the account given below and a payment slip submitted at the Project office for the collection of the bidding document starting from Tuesday, 12th. September 2023. No cash or cheque payment is allowed at the Project Office. Bank name: United Bank for Africa Account Name: Regional Rice Value Chain Development Project Account No: 540110110000571 All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of US$ 78,011.55 (Seventy-eight thousand, Eleven United States Dollars, and Fifty-five Cents) and must be delivered to the address given above at or before 12:00 noon on Tuesday, 10th. October 2023. Bids will be opened immediately in the presence of bidders- representatives who choose to attend.
