Tenders are invited for Development of a Chat GPT-Based WhatsApp Chat Bot for Occupational Troubleshooting Support in Sierra. Issue Date and Time: Jul 10,2023 07:16 Closing Date and Time: Jul 17,2023 23:59 The Purpose of this Consultancy is to Develop a Whatsapp Chat Bot that Leverages Chatgpt and/or an Alternative Llm (Large Language Model) Alongside Quality Assured Content. The Chat Bot will Ultimately Provide Troubleshooting Support to Workers in Sierra Leone in the Field of Climate Smart Agriculture Practices. The Chat Bot will Assist Users in Diagnosing and Solving Issues Related to the Respective Occupation(S); Thereby Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities and the Quality of Their Work. The Wbg Reserves the Right to Publicly Disclose Contract Award Information, including but not Limited to, Name of Company Receiving the Award, Brief Description of Services, and Contract Award Amount, for Any Contract Award Valued over Us$250,000. Offeror's Proposal and Contractual Documents will Remain Confidential and Therefore not Subject to Disclosure.
