Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Services for Development of Agro Processing Industrial Cluster for the Sierra Leone Rice Agro Industrial Cluster Project in Bonthe and Pujehun Districts The overall objective of the proposed Consultancy services is to support Project Implementation Unit and Ministry of Agriculture in implementing the Green Agro processing cluster development component of SL RAIC Project as follows: To develop detailed designs, technical specification and bill of quantities, cost estimates and tender document of all infrastructures that should be in the cluster with input from PIU, MoA and processors To provide technical support throughout the bidding process of the abovementioned works To conduct comprehensive supervision of project implementation activities carried out by the selected contractors ensuring complete compliance with the drawings, technical specifications environmental and social safeguards and various stipulations contained in the Contract Documents. To ensure high standards of quality assurance in the execution of work and completion of the works within stipulated time.
